What does Importer of Record (IOR) mean?
▼IOR means JMG legally assumes responsibility for your goods at the Japanese border — customs declarations, compliance documentation, and import duties are handled in our name. You don't need a Japanese legal entity to import.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
▼No setup fee for Starter or Growth. Scale plans have a one-time onboarding fee of ¥50,000 — waived for annual contracts.
